These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SuppMan's supplement analysis platform. By using our service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use SuppMan.
The Big Picture: We provide educational information about supplements based on scientific research. We're not doctors, and we're not giving medical advice.
Automated Analysis: SuppMan uses machine learning algorithms trained on 680,000+ peer-reviewed medical publications to analyze supplement labels. Reports are generated automatically—no humans review them. This means errors can happen. Always verify information and consult healthcare providers before making health decisions.

By accessing or using SuppMan, you agree to:

What SuppMan Does

- Creates a public, searchable database of supplement analyses
- Suggests alternatives based on scientific criteria
What SuppMan Doesn't Do
- Provide medical advice or diagnosis
- Replace consultation with healthcare providers
- Guarantee accuracy of automated analyses
- Guarantee health outcomes or results
- Have humans review or verify reports
- Endorse specific brands (scores are algorithmic and objective)
- Verify authenticity or detect counterfeit products
Public Reports
All reports are public. When someone researches a supplement, they deserve to see real analysis—not just marketing. Your identity is never linked to reports.
3. Medical Disclaimer
SuppMan is educational, not medical advice. We analyze research, not your body. Always consult a healthcare provider before changing supplements—especially if you're pregnant, nursing, on medications, or have health conditions.
4. User Accounts
You must be 13+ and provide accurate info. One account per person. Keep your login secure. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
5. Acceptable Use
Do: Use SuppMan for personal research. Share links. Show reports to your doctor.
Don't: Scrape or crawl us. Reverse engineer. Submit fake products. Hack, spam, or harass. Use bots to generate reports.
6. Intellectual Property
Our algorithms, reports, and content are protected by copyright. When you scan a supplement, the report becomes public—you grant us a license to display it. You can't request removal, but your identity is never shown. Research we cite belongs to its original authors.
7. Affiliate Links & External Content
We may earn commissions from affiliate links—but this doesn't influence our scores. We link to studies and retailers for reference; once you leave SuppMan, their rules apply.
8. Payment Terms
Premium features auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime—takes effect at the end of your billing cycle. We'll give 30 days notice before price changes.
9. Disclaimers
SuppMan is provided "AS IS." We don't guarantee accuracy, uptime, or results.
Automation limitations: Reports are generated by algorithms without human review. Automated systems make mistakes—they may misread labels, cite wrong research, miss drug interactions, or produce confident-sounding nonsense. No healthcare professionals verify our reports.
Research limitations: Science evolves. Our database may lag behind. Studies conflict. Your body isn't the study population.
Your responsibility: Verify everything. Consult healthcare providers. Don't rely solely on automated analysis for health decisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
We're not liable for analysis errors, health outcomes, indirect damages, or lost data. Maximum liability: what you paid us in the past 12 months. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations.
11. Indemnification
You agree to cover any claims against us arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
12. Disputes
Email [email protected] first. If that doesn't work, disputes go to binding arbitration in Tokyo, Japan under Japanese law. No class actions—individual resolution only.
13. Changes to Terms
We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use means acceptance.
